Darina will be signing her wonderful books, Forgotten Skills of Cooking, A Year At Ballymaloe Cookery School and Irish Traditional Cooking. Also joining Darina is our lovely friend, Lauraine Jacobs who was lucky enough to spend some time at Ballymaloe.
